El Yunque Rain Forest Hiking Tour – Unforgettable experience

A vacation to Puerto Rico wouldn’t be complete without a trip to El Yunque, the only rain forest in the US national forest system. El Yunque Rain forest is composed of mountains that face the trade winds, which bring moisture from the ocean, resulting in precipitation over a diverse ecosystem. In this tropical paradise, you’ll find orchids, exotic birds and over 150 species of ferns. You might even get a glimpse of our beloved coquí frog, our national symbol.

We’ve teamed up with the best adventure tour company in Puerto Rico that caters to your needs, gets you away from the crowds and makes your trip to the rain forest unforgettable. On your small, boutique tour you’ll visit the Yokahu observation tower, trek to a secret waterfall and dip into a natural pool. Many of the trails you’ll take are not mapped out so you’ll be able to relax, take a swim and have a snack away from the big groups.
